Done: Focus Lock helps users start focus tasks, block distractions with Screen Time features, and submit proof when a task is complete. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.
Information We Collect
- Account information, such as name, email address, and sign-in provider.
- Task information entered by the user, including task descriptions and completion expectations.
- Proof images or files submitted by the user to verify task completion.
- Preferences and onboarding answers, such as age range, task types, referral source, and referral code entries.
- Subscription status and purchase-related information needed to unlock Pro features.
- Basic technical information needed to keep the app secure and functional.
How We Use Information
- To create and manage user accounts.
- To provide focus lock, task verification, progress, and Pro subscription features.
- To personalize the app experience based on user preferences.
- To detect valid referral or founder access codes.
- To improve reliability, support users, and protect against abuse.
AI Verification
When a user submits proof of a completed task, Done may send the task details and submitted proof to a secure backend service and AI provider to help determine whether the proof matches the task. The app is designed to use this information only for task verification and app functionality.
Third-Party Services
Done uses third-party services to operate the app, including Supabase for authentication and backend services, Apple for subscriptions and Sign in with Apple, Google for optional sign-in, and AI/backend infrastructure for task verification.
Tracking
Done does not sell personal information and does not use collected data to track users across apps or websites owned by other companies.
Data Retention and Deletion
We keep information for as long as needed to provide the app, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain security. Users may request account deletion or data deletion by contacting support.
Children
Done is intended to support productivity and focus. If you believe a child has provided personal information without appropriate permission, contact us so we can review and delete the information where required.
