Terms of Use

Acceptance

By creating an account or using Done: Focus Lock, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

What Done Does

Done: Focus Lock helps you define a task, temporarily reduce distractions with iOS Screen Time controls, and submit proof when the task is finished. Done is a productivity tool, not an emergency, medical, educational, legal, or safety service.

Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for the information you submit. You must not impersonate another person, bypass payment or security systems, or use Done in a way that violates the law, school rules, workplace rules, or another person's rights.

Subscriptions and Trials

Done Pro subscriptions and trials are handled by Apple through the App Store. Apple manages billing, renewals, cancellations, refunds, and payment methods. Free trials renew automatically unless cancelled before the trial ends. You can manage or cancel your subscription in Apple subscription settings.

Screen Time Controls

Done can request Screen Time access and apply blocking choices you select. You are responsible for choosing which apps, categories, and websites to block. iOS settings, Apple permissions, device restrictions, or system behavior may affect whether blocking works exactly as expected.

AI Verification

Done may use AI-assisted review to compare your task description, completion criteria, profile context, and uploaded proof. AI review is imperfect. It may accept incorrect work or reject valid proof. Do not rely on Done as a teacher, grader, professional advisor, or final authority.

Your Content

Only upload proof you have the right to submit. Do not upload highly sensitive personal information, illegal content, private information about others, or content that is harmful, abusive, or unrelated to your task. You keep ownership of your content, but you allow Done to process it to provide the service.

Availability and Changes

We may change, pause, limit, or discontinue features as Done improves. The app may be unavailable because of Apple services, Supabase, AI providers, network issues, maintenance, or device settings.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Done is provided as-is. We are not responsible for lost work, missed deadlines, incorrect AI decisions, failed blocking, subscription issues controlled by Apple, or indirect damages from using the app.

Apple Standard EULA

Where applicable, Apple's Standard End User License Agreement also applies to your use of Done: Focus Lock. You can review it at Apple's Standard EULA.
